Fear is a powerful emotion that we can sucumb to so easily when we allow the outside influences to still the voice within.

All is revealed within the heart space.

We all live with fear, it's admitting it that brings solutions to walk through and overcome whatever it is that we fear.

It's when we are in denial that fear thrives until we are so overcome with fear that we have no idea how to break free.

So we stay in our state of fear because it's just too hard to let go of what we think may happen if we dare to break through the barrier of fear.
